A Closer Look At Deluxe Edition | Jurassic World Evolution 2

As we sink our teeth into the Jurassic World Evolution sequel, we thought it would be fun opportunity to take a closer look at the dinosaurs and vehicle skins included within the Deluxe edition of the game! Let’s take a closer look.

Up first we have the Huayangosaurus – a Stegosaurian from China which makes a triumphant return in the sequel. I love the default colour scheme which we have on this animal, and think it looks fantastic when inspected up close in Capture Mode. This is definitely one you’ll want to add to your menagerie if you’re a fan of Stegosaurs!

Next up we have the iconic Pachyrhinosaurus – a ever-popular Ceratopsian which looks absolutely gorgeous within JWE2. We’re all for unique Herbivores which add some appeal to our parks, and this one is a fantastic new addition which we are grateful to the team at Frontier for adding!

Following on from this we have the Megalosaurus, a dinosaur which holds a special place in my heart given its connection to Crystal Palace Park. The Megalosaurus is presented here in its more accurate theropod appearance (sorry Victorian science!) and has some great depth and texture packed into the model.

Next up is the Attenborosaurus – and this is a unique one, not least because it is named after none other than David Attenborough. This dinosaur is very similar to the Plesiosaurus but looks distinctive enough – with some cool patterning on the skin here, too.

Lastly, but certainly not least, we have the Geosternbergia – a pteranodontid pterodactyloid which has a really unique appearance when compared to the other aerial animals which are present in JWE2. It’s safe to say that this is a desirable addition to any park!

Alongside the Dinosaurs we have some great additional DPG skins – allowing you to change up the Ranger and Medical Vehicle skins to have some really distinctive designs present in your parks. We loved the DPG and the extra lore which was built into them from Viral Marketing, so it is awesome to see them represented in the game.

That’s it for this article – but take a closer look at the Deluxe Edition content in our video linked below, and stay tuned for plenty more Jurassic World Evolution 2 content in the coming weeks!
